How can your service be free? - Endorsed Suppliers get increased internet orders from our site therefore they pay us for providing this service.
Can we get you to negotiate on our behalf? - Yes, but you must negotiate your prices first with the Supplier then send their PI to us. Later, if we manage to negotiate a better deal, you will pay us 30% of those savings prior to placing the order (also see HERE).
How can I be assured of product quality? - Our staff are experienced in electronics design and manufacture. If you purchase product which we have reviewed, you can be confident it performs to stringent standards.
What's the advantage of placing an order through you? - Whitelist companies have sent us samples to review, paid a joining fee, and know that if they neglect a client they will be downgraded to ExcludeList, with notation of their errant trading action. Consequently, future order levels will be adversely effected. The only way they can rectify any issue is by satisfying you. Eventually if they Whitelist again they are relegated to the lowest trading level until their trading history is satisfactory.
What about 'TrustPass' and 'Gold' promoted members on other sites? - Occasionally, these companies may be unreliable. Logically, you can not expect the promoting site to take responsibility for their members performance, and they do not use our policing methods.
How do I notify you about a missing order? - You should have placed the order via us, provide proof of payment, and proof of non shipment or delivery. Unless you provide reasonable evidence, we cannot find in your favour, so ensure to follow the order process and documentation detail carefully.
I didn't place my lost order through you, but will you help? - Without our recording of the transaction makes it more difficult to pursue. However, if the buyer is showing a history of unreliability, we may be able to help if you have proof of purchase. It entirely depends on the circumstances. Please lets know of any anomaly, we will certainly keep a watch on their activities henceforth. If we secure your order there will be a minimum fee of $75 or 2.5% order value.
Can I pay you for the order? - No; we want a perfect record, even one transaction failed would be unacceptable, and financially non-viable.
Whats the best method to pay Supplier? - Preferably use TT, as it provides proof that the funds have been delivered to the company bank account. With TT be prepared to pay around $US40 transaction fees - this is quite normal. Most suppliers like Western Union as its fast, and they do not have to pay any receipt fees, but in case of a dispute, it's difficult to prove (also read HERE).
Please give me an example of placing an order? - For example; you're interested in GPS from AsiaGPS Ltd., a fictitious trader based in Chenzen, China, who we'll assume is Whitelisted on AsiaSafeTrade. You are happy with their samples already received and require 500 pcs. They provide you a quote as follows: Our hottest sell model is the following: MODEL NO.: G350. PRICE: us$77.00, Warranty: one year, Payment: T/T, western union. Delivery time: in 5 days after get money. MOQ: 100 pcs.
1..Produce the PI to us showing the 500 pcs price, and we will either suggest you accept their offer, or optionally make a counter-offer on your behalf. If our lower price is accepted you will then immediately pay us 30% of the total savings we have made on your behalf.
2..We place a formal order on your behalf which is then confirmed to both parties by the Supplier.
3..You pay the Supplier by agreed means, and copy the payment details to us (proof of purchase).
4..Once paid, supplier will receipt both parties and signal despatch details.
5..On receipt of product you will notify us stating your satisfaction level of delivery. Please observe delivery timeframes as there can be some delay between order and receipt.
